Team Jordan is preparing to climb to the North Col, marking their first departure above advanced base camp. The hike from advanced base camp to the North Col gains 2,200 ft. in altitude, topping out around 23,000 ft. (For more detailed information about the climb, see Alan Arnette's incredibly useful guide.)

The team also linked to a live map of their progress. At the moment of this writing, their Spot GPS shows them safe at advanced base camp - presumably sleeping. The map includes recent updates ("Team Jordan is OK. We are trekking"), photos from the climb, a route guide, and much, much more.
