Contador Wins Algarve

It was his first competition in six months, but Alberto Contador has won Portugal's Tour de Algarve. The win is a big moral victory for Contador, whose Team Astana was practically non-existent after Lance Armstrong left and took most of the team with him.

Contador's next race is the March 7 Paris-Nice.
