The 7-year-old grandson of Davy Crockett, famous hunter and frontiersman, killed his second bear this month, writes ESPN. Tre Merritt of Dewitt, Arkansas, first made headlines by bagging a black bear that weighed more than 400 pounds when he was only five years old. The latest black bear is 300 pounds, and was killed while Tre was bow hunting with his grandfather. Unfortunately, Tre couldn't get a clear shot with his bow, so he had to use his youth model 243. Tre has killed nine deer and two bear in his seven years.
