Barefoot Running All the Rage

Barefoot running has become a trend, but whether it's better for you than running with shoes is still up for debate. "On the one hand, no one has yet published a study on whether barefootrunning is better for you--the evidence is all anecdotal," Daniel Lieberman, a professor of human evolutionary biology at Harvard University, told The New York Times. "On the other hand, no one has ever published a study showingthat running shoes prevent injury."
