Lifetime Pass Holders at Keystone Drop Lawsuit

According to, the two year battle over lifetime passes at Keystone has finally come to an end after pass holders agreed to drop the lawsuit and settle for court costs.  Lifetime pass owners at Keystone had sued for the rights to continue to rent out their Keystone lifetime passes even after Vail had bought Keystone.  Vail agreed to pay for all court charges, though pass holders were still denied the right to rent out their Keystone lifetime passes.
