Riding the Mieders Alpine Coaster, Without Brakes

This single-pipe coaster can be found in Mieders, Austria. Adventurous souls ride a cable car to the top of the mountain and zoom down in a simple car. There's a hand brake for slowing down, but in the video above no brake is employed, and the car reaches speeds of 56 mph.
