Skydiver Drops iPad and It Survives

Remember the G-Form iPad case? In August we wrote about one in our post The Three Toughest iPad Cases On the Planet. Turns out that "On the Planet" may not have gone far enough.

G-Form performed some extreme demonstrations of its technology by skydiving with iPads in its Extreme Edge and Extreme Portfolio cases, and then dropping them from 1300 feet.

Then, the company tossed the encased iPads from a car traveling at 113 mph onto pavement, just to make sure that they really work.

The iPads survived without a scratch. We'll let you know more when we test some against our own in-house standards—which don't include skydiving stunts.
