Brace yourself for stupidity, but do watch this video of an armor-clad waterskier killing Asian Carp on the Illinois River near Peoria. His weapon is a samurai sword, and his intent is to accomplish what invasive species management teams have been unable to: purge Asian Carp, which now account for 95 percent of the biomass found in the Mississippi River, from the waterway and its tributaries.
