Helle of Norway has made knives since 1932—beautiful knives, knives that are handcrafted works of art as well as practical tools. Each Helle knife a unique wood handle and a triple-laminated razor-sharp stainless-steel blade that won't corrode or break. But the company has never made a folding knife—until now.

It took the Helle craftsmen 80 years to design a folding knife that lives up to the company's stringent standards. This curly-birch handled beauty is called the Dokka. It's a knife you'll bring in your pack whenever you head out into the woods, and one you'll proudly display on your mantle the rest of the time. The handle measures 4.6 inches and the bomber blade nestles inside.
