Why It's CoolThe loft of the 900-fill down in the Helium EQ is simply amazing. This is one plush, comfortable bag—all the way down to the mid-teens. » It tips the scales at two pounds three ounces, largely because of a Pertex Quantum nylon shell that is waterproof, windproof, and breathable yet weighs just 0.9 ounces per yard. (That's about as light as any fabric this protective gets.) » Who says cold-weather bags need to be bulky? The Helium EQ squishes down to the size of a softball. » The beefy draft tube and collar stop the cold.

Hmmm . . .The down has such loft, and the shell is so well sealed, you need to deflate it like an air mattress before stuffing it.
