Maui Jim Breakwater - Sunglasses: Reviews

The near-extinct single-piece shield lens, once a staple of performance eyewear, survived in exile on Rodeo Drive, a prisoner of designer-label fashion. Now Maui Jim springs it free with this hingeless, frameless model. Coverage couldn't be better, nor could the view. The Breakwater's polarized rosy-tinted lenses slay glare and amp up depth and contrast—making them the perfect pick for driving, boating, and playing on or near water. Not Rx-able;

Bonus: The bi-gradient mirroring combats glare from above and below—and looks cool, too.

Bummer: Hard, if not impossible, to put the things on one-handed.
