Most people can't even remember what it was like arcing high-G turns across eddy lines. The ultrastiff Speedo returns to that classic centrifugal rush, with a slalom boat's speed and edginess. "I was going so fast that the hull smacked the water off the backs of the waves," said one tester. A waifish 24.4 inches wide, with a slicy stern and minimal rocker, this boat makes a grin-inducing addition to any advanced paddler's quiver.
