Can't decide whether to pack the pinot noir or the grigio? Bring 'em both—and the cast-iron skillet. On a multi-day trip in the Cascades, the Argon's burly suspension system and memory-foam hipbelt and shoulder straps didn't flinch at 60-plus pounds. It's also crammed with tons of user-friendly features, from the asymmetrical side pockets (one a stretch wand pocket, the other a zipper pouch) to the best removable lid we've seen. Not only does it have the same moisture-wicking padding as the main pack; it also has its own pared-down hipbelt. 5.3 lbs, 4,300 cu in; ospreypacks.com
