The top two American male marathoners will run in the 2010 Boston Marathon. Both Meb Keflezighi and Ryan Hall will participate, according to Cool Running.

Both runners have found success in recent years. Keflezighi won the 2009 New York City Marathon, the first American to do so since 1982 and Hall set the Olympic trials record with a time of 2:09:02 in 2008.
