TUCK HOLDS ON WOBBLE BOARD (pictured above)
Freeze in a "skiing tuck" position (40 seconds equals one set).

LATERAL DUMBBELL FLIES (pictured above)
Squat on wobble board and raise dumbbells chest-high.

ONE-LEGGED STANDS ON WOBBLE BOARD (pictured above)
Balance on one foot (30 seconds on each leg equals one set.)

DUMBBELL SQUATS ON WOBBLE BOARD (pictured in sidebar)

SWISS-BALL LUNGES (pictured in sidebar)
Perform just like dumbbell lunges, but keep back foot on Swiss ball.
