William Orders, a certified glider pilot, was arrested shortly after 27-year-old Lenami Godinez dropped 1,000 feet to her death 30 seconds into a hired flight. Witnesses said it appeard that Godinez, who was seen clutching at the pilot's feet before she fell, was never properly secured.
