COMPANY CULTURE
We live to play—from the president who raced on the German National TT Team to an analyst who climbs 22,00-foot peaks to the paralegal who has run 23 marathons. We are one big family, and to us, outdoor activities are everything.
FITNESS BENEFITS
We have a large gym with over 40 pieces of workout equipment, as well as treadmills and elliptical machines, plus locker-room facilities. The gym is open to employees and their families seven days a week. We bring in fitness instructors and yoga instructors and offer general wellness education programs for all employees. We also work with a local gym to extend a discount on memberships to our employees in case they want to workout outside of the office here.
GREEN INITIATIVES
We have a variety of practices, from having our factories use recycled poly bags to making sure that most of them are EcoTex compliant. We also use polyester in some of our apparel and recycled post-consumer cardboard in our packaging materials and workbooks. And we have a commuter mileage program where all employees can get money per mile commuted via walking, biking, running, carpooling, etc., which is good towards purchase on our products.
EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION
We have an "on the spot" award program where you can nominate an employee for doing something that is above and beyond what their normal duties require. With the award, they can get a prize that ranges from cash to gift cards to pizza parties for their department, etc.
