ABOUT
Street Legal Industries, Inc. is a small, woman-owned, HUBZone-certified firm that performs technical support services, including facility representative training and qualification, industrial-safety inspection and oversight support, environmental and waste management, operational readiness, security and management assessments, independent technical oversight support, records management, procedure development, and document control administration. Our professional culture is to support the level of rigor required for the nuclear industry.

COMPANY CULTURE
The company is family-oriented, fostering charitable contributions and encouraging community involvement, with an overall goal of instilling a caring "give back" mentality in this time of economic distress. Management takes a personal vested interest in the employees, operating as a family-entity. We care about the employees and their families.

FLEXIBLE HOURS
Many of our employees exercise a four-day workweek. This enables employees to spend more time with family commitments as well as cut back on fuel and other costs associated with travel. When the kids are out of school, we allow employees to set their own schedules. Whether it is coming in earlier, working from home or working a four-day workweek, we do what we can to accommodate employees so they can enjoy the extra hours of daylight. All employees that are not required to work in the field are equipped with a laptop and remote connections to the server so they can perform job duties at home as required.

COMMUNITY SERVICE
The company sponsors several charity events per year. Participating employees are given equal hours of paid time off to compensate for their participation. We sponsor an annual walk for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, an annual chili cook off to support Second Harvest Food Bank, and annual events for Big Brothers Big Sisters and MDA. Additionally, we financially support several local schools, little league teams, Toys for Tots, outreach programs that reach out to poverty stricken areas, the Battered Women's Shelter and the annual Angel Tree program at Christmas. The company also participates in a large number of community activities such as charitable events to foster employee involvement and contribution in the community.
