Brooks Range Mountaineering Igloo Folding Saw: Tools Reviews

Brooks-Range Mountaineering Mountaineering Igloo Folding Saw    Photographer: Ryan Heffernan

Most snow saws rely on puny teeth better suited for cutting crusty bread. This 14-inch (seven when folded) igloo saw uses quarter-inch shark teeth to rip through even the most consolidated snow. Use it for pit work or carving the perfect shelter blocks. Attaches easily to just about anything—ski pole, shovel handle, etc. Also available in a larger size. 8.4 oz;
