Xavier Murillo, the head of the Paragliding World Cup Association, has gone missing near Huarez, Peru after a paragliding flight on Friday. Murillo, 49, was last seen at an altitude of around 6,000 meters. He was carrying both a radio and cellphone. A search and rescue opperation has been underway since Saturday, but poor visibility and questions about Murillo's insurance policy have limited the use of aircraft.
