Florida man gets 2-year ban for refusing test

The U.S. Anti-Doping Agency has banned a masters cyclist from competitive cycling for two years after he refused to take a drug test at the USA Cycling masters national track championships in July. Roger Hernandez, a 45-year-old masters cyclist from Florida, will forfeit two of the three medals he received at the championships.
