Two runners who collapsed near the finish line of Sunday's Philadelphia Marathon were later pronounced dead at Hahnemann University Hospital. University of Pennsylvania student Jeffrey Lee, 21, and an unidentified 40-year-old man are believed to have suffered heart attacks.
