Schild Wins 5th-Straight WC Slalom

Austrian nears all-time slalom win record

U.S. skier Lindsay Vonn overcame the flu to finish ninth and retain her overall lead in World Cup standings. Mikaela Shiffrin, 16, who was third in Thursday's slalom in Lienz, Austria, straddled a gate and did not finish.
