Vonn's World Cup Win Streak Broken

Skier misses first downhill podium since '09

Battling a lingering stomach illness, U.S. skier Lindsay Vonn finished 4th in downhill and 18th in super-g at the weekend's World Cup races in Bad Kleinkirchheim, Austria, her worst showings in speed events since 2009. Vonn's teammate Julia Mancuso was second to Austria's Elisabeth Goergl in downhill and notched her third podium of the season. Vonn, who had won four-straigt World Cup races this year and whose last non-podium finish in super-g was an eight-place run in Italy in January 2009, retains a commanding lead in overall World Cup standings.
