Octavio Ordunez still bikes almost everyday. He heads out of his third floor condo in Long Beach and starts pedaling to the playground to watch the kids playing, the farmer's market to pick up vegetables, or the beach to see women in short skirts and pants.
His 81-year-old wife made him switch to a three wheel after he turned 100. In the video above, it's clear he hasn't lost his motivation to exercise everyday, or his sense of humor. His advice for staying in shape? Do what he does every day: get an hour of exercise, eat an apple, walk on your hands, do somersaults.
