Get Motivated to Get Fit

Need some help getting motivated to stay fit this year? The American College of Sports Medicine has some advice for actually keeping that New Year's resolution.

The ACSM says you should plan ahead, determine your barriers, and try to incorporate sports into your fitness plan among other advice.
