Core Performance is a training system that focuses on mindset, nutrition, movement, and recovery. Actionable tips to improve health and well-being are partnered with videos, recipes, and informational pictures. It’s got the right balance of how-to’s, nutrition, and training tips, all backed by solid research. Much of it comes from nutritionists and physical therapists that advise pro and Olympic athletes. The only downside? This blog won’t give readers a daily fitness fix; sometimes almost a week passes without a post.
