Scott Spectre with Gore-Tex LTD - Expedition Weight: Reviews

Good for Resort
Look as good as you ski. The Spectre is for the guy who wants street-smart style but not at the expense of top-end technical performance. Beneath the understated, retro tweed is a waterproof-breathable Gore Performance Shell membrane protecting the jacket's blizzard-ready insulation. The result: It breathed and shucked wet snow as well as more overtly technical-looking options. Five big pockets up front will carry enough snacks for a tribe, and a powder skirt and removable hood round out the features on this resort-friendly jacket. And while the Spectre does breathe remarkably well for such a heavy piece, and has pit zips, it's still too warm for sunny spring days. 3.4 lbs;
