More than 100,000 have already left the city

Norbu Tenzing Norgay, vice president of the American Himalayan Foundation, captured the scene of mass exodus taking place in Nepal's capital on the morning of Wednesday, April 29 at 6:45 A.M. More than 100,000 had fled Kathmandu by Wednesday morning and the Guardian estimates that another 200,000 could also leave in the chaos following the April 25 earthquake.
