The League of American Bicyclists has released its 2015 rankings of the most bicycle-friendly states. Rankings were determined based on five categories: legislation and enforcement, policies and programs, infrastructure and funding, education and encouragement, and evaluation and planning.

For the eighth year in a row, Washington tops the list with 66.2 points out of a possible 100. Minnesota took second with 62.7 points, and Delaware and Massachusetts tied for third with 54.8 points apiece. Alabama came in as the least bicycle-friendly state with a score of 12.3.

The league also published “report cards” that detail point allocations for each state and an interactive map that displays each state’s ranking in specific categories.
