#Vanlife is becoming a cliche, so professional snowboarder Austin Smith built out a 1953 GMC fire truck instead. He took the rusting rig that was parked in his parents’ driveway, added insulation and a plywood interior, then built out a bed and couch and installed solar panels and a wood stove. If you want a look inside, Smith is usually stationed in the Mount Bachelor parking lot for the winter.
