About eight years ago, Good ‘n Natural® Bars began as a small business supported by the local community of Sun Valley, Idaho. Athlete, nutritionist, and baker, Sarah Walker was determined to create a wholesome and delicious nutrition bar for her friends and fellow athletes when she came up with the recipe for Good ‘n Natural® bars. During the first few months, Sarah made the bars in her tiny home kitchen and customers picked up their orders from her front porch. When demand grew, Sarah partnered with accomplished caterer Ann Scales and rented a commercial kitchen to create and distribute these delightful bars. Now, they are available wherever you may be.

Check out these ideas for how you can support local causes and help transform your environment into a cleaner, safer, and healthier place.

Shop Local
Sun Valley bars were sold locally in farmer’s markets for the first three years of business. Made with wholesome ingredients, including Gluten Free Rolled Oats, Organic Brown Rice Syrup, and Organic Diced Soynuts, these bars are a delicious snack whether you’re running errands or spending the day on the trail. Visit your local farmer’s market to find fresh produce and reduce your carbon footprint.

Pick It Up
Help preserve our environment by reducing waste and reusing products. Check out non-profits like Keep America Beautiful, Inc. and Ocean Conservancy to find ways that you can help support your local community to keep our natural surroundings free of trash.

Get Outside
Help protect our national treasures by getting involved with the outdoor community. The National Park Foundation works to preserve our nation’s parks, while The North Face® Explore Fund™ encourages children to connect with nature. Promote a healthy and active lifestyle as well as a sense of adventure while improving your environment.
