The Trip-Finder, January 1998 Climbing Pico da Neblina
The Route: Two weeks and 120 miles of backpacking through the Amazon rainforest, starting at the remote village of São Gabriel. The trip culminates in a steep but nontechnical climb of Pico da Neblina, Brazil’s highest mountain.
