A popular on-mountain Aspen restaurant has imposed a three-drink limit and removed hard alcohol from its menu during the lunch hours amid concerns about drunk skiers. Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro at Aspen Highlands became worried after a number of intoxicated skiers had to be brought down the mountain by snowmobile. SkiCo spokesperson Jeff Hanle said that no specific incident had prompted the rule change, but that “it was time.”
