Actor Leondaro DiCaprio and blockbuster director Michael Bay are joining forces to produce a film about the Rwandan national cycling team, Time reported Thursday.

The untitled Paramount project does not yet have a script and will be produced in conjunction with DiCaprio’s Appian Way Productions and Bay Films. DiCaprio has no plans to star, and Bay has no plans to direct the film.

According to Time, the film focuses on Jacques “Jock” Boyer, the first American to race in the Tour de France, who developed Team Rwanda and found personal redemption in the country in the aftermath of its genocide.
