Ski manufacturer Armada recently sent cease and desist letters to several ski companies, including Rossignol, for breaching Armada's patent on certain kinds of rockered skis, Gnolls.org reports.
Rossignol fired back, filing a complaint of their own. The details are complicated, as the arguments deal with precise ski measurements. But while Armada seems to be seeking compensation for Rossignol's use of an Armada-patented design, Armada is loosing public image bucks on ski forums like this one.
