The family of Andy Irons filed court documents Thursday afternoon to further delay the release of the toxicology report that will reveal the cause of death for the three-time world champion surfer.
According to an email sent by the courthouse clerk…
“The family requested a day extension, which was granted by Judge Donald J. Cosby. Therefore, … the information … will not be released until Monday, June 20, 2011…. Please note that the autopsy has been concluded but will not be signed by Dr. Nizam Peerwani until the injunction is lifted. “
