The word onesie didn’t always evoke high performance. Rather, it used to conjure images of silliness: footie pajamas, DIY Halloween costumes, and gaper-day ski suits. Today’s onesies, however, are as utilitarian as they are just plain fun.

For missions in teeth-chattering temperatures, wrap yourself in Patagonia’s Capilene Thermal Weight One-Piece Suit.
