Good for Trails

Even when the weather was truly heinous, the Razor helped us get in our runs. Wrapped in a waterproof, highly breathable eVent bootie that extends above the ankle, this unique shoe kept our feet warm and completely dry. The Vibram outsole proved adequate on mud, slick rocks, snow, and ice, and even let us tackle a few slushy roads when they were otherwise unrunnable. While testers were a little disappointed in the interior shoe—it felt a touch sloppy on steep or uneven terrain, due to a lack of upper support—they appreciated the glove-friendly one-pull laces and bootie zip. Because if you’re wearing these, you’re definitely wearing gloves. 13.6 oz; saucony.com
