Even if you hate e-bikes, you may love this concept made by the Why Not department at Specialized.
The bike is loosely modeled on a 1970’s dirt bike, with duel rear coil shocks and massive (for a bicycle) 4.6 tires. A faux gas tank and engine cover (which houses tools and tubes), complete the look.
Specialized’s standard electric motor paired with a Shimano XTR drivetrain pushes the whip along. If there are enough retro-moto fans around, this concept could become a reality.
