Move over backcountry skiing! From filmmakers Paxson Woelber and Cale Green, Wild Ice highlights the endless opportunities for off-the-grid ice skating in Alaska. And apparently there’s more than one way to skate a lake: the video features all kinds of gliders, from Nordic bladers and hockey players to human and dog figure skaters. They all play on places like Kenai Lake and Byron Glacier.
