There’s nothing better than eating good food with friends around a campfire. Sometimes that meal might just be a boil-in-the-bag stew. But sometimes it’s fun to make something truly impressive. Something like beef ribs. While preparing such a large, dramatic cut of meat may seem daunting (you might be thinking: Does this involve a lot of equipment?), the opposite is actually true.
