7 Deserts is a video series from The African Attachment that follows ultrarunner Mina Guli as she runs 40 marathons across seven deserts on seven continents in seven weeks. In the fifth leg of the journey, Guli takes on The Richtersveld, one of the oldest deserts on earth, in South Africa. As she explores how life adapted to survive in these extremely harsh conditions, Guli wonders if this is a reality that we might all have to adapt to one day if the world's water crisis continues on its current trajectory.
