On the remote island of Bornholm, Denmark, vacationers flock to the restaurants during the warmer months of the year. The rest of the time, its homes lay vacant, with backyards covered in forgotten fruit. Or at least that was the case until Penyllan Brewery came along and created a year-round brew from the spoils.
