Surf Cuba, from the Locals Project, is a deep dive into the country’s surf culture. With so much funding from the communist government going toward boxing and baseball, it’s much harder to find surf gear in this island nation. But its small community rallies together to share boards and carpool when the waves are good so they all can experience the joy of riding.
