“There’s definitely been a lot of shame in this community surrounding femininity, as if being feminine equates to a lack of strength or capability,” says Canadian competition rock climber Pia Graham in part three of the film series Not Just a Boys’ Club. This episode follows Graham, an aspiring art director, and photographer Ilya Sarossy as they create a photo shoot on the theme of femininity in climbing for their production company, Bad Flower Pictures

Not Just a Boys’ Club shares the stories of nine women as they climb, route-set, and navigate working in the male-dominated industry. The series is presented by the B.I.G. Initiative, a Canadian nonprofit that helps women achieve their goals in climbing, and the North Face, with support from Mate Libre
