Armstrong and Contador to fight in Criterium International

Lance Armstrong (Team RadioShack) and AlbertoContador (Team Astana) will compete in the 2010 CriteriumInternational, their first race together since the Tour de France lastyear, states roadcycling.com. On Tuesday, Contador—the defending Tour deFrance champion—announced he had changedhis plans and will compete in the March 27-28 race in Corsica insteadof events in Catalonia and the Basque country. He won the Paris-Nice event on Sunday. At Astana last season, Contador and Armstrong were uneasy teammates. Armstrong finished third in the Tour de France, hisfirst since winning seven straight from 1999 to 2005. He left theAstana team and now races for Team RadioShack.
