Ever wondered what it takes to snap award-winning wildlife photography? So did the folks at New Scientist.
They interviewed five photographers from this year's Veolia Environment Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2010 exhibition, which opened last Friday at the UK's Natural History Museum. Their conclusion?
“It takes skill, dedication and a lot of patience to capture a winning wildlife shot. But the winners made it clear that craziness was part of the equation too.”
