There’s only so much neon outerwear a person can handle. Luckily for some of us, Beyond Clothing is bucking the trend.
Based in Seattle, Beyond has a grunge-meets-adventure design ethos. The new company is launching its first-ever clothing line with the Helios Alpha, a jacket built for splitting wood and then heading directly to the bar for a whiskey.
The Helios Alpha is built with Polartec Alpha—the same insulation brands like Patagonia and Marmot use—and it’s manufactured entirely in the U.S. Inspired by a World War II field uniform, the Alpha has wind-resistant material, six pockets, and a low profile, waterproof hood. The jacket stows away inside its own pocket, making it a solid camping companion.
