Mt. Marathon is the sixth episode of Season 5 of Salomon Running TV and follows the story of one of the oldest, fastest, hardest, toughest, and, ironically, shortest mountain races in the world, the annual Mount Marathon Race in Seward, Alaska. The event brings together thousands of people in the small harbor town on the Fourth of July. In 2015, runner Rickey Gates convinced Salomon teammates Kilian Jornet and Emelie Forsberg to give the course a go. They both set new records for the men's and women's race, respectively.
